Description
Pale Ale: Before you take that first sip you’ve gotta breathe this one in. Those Cascade hops are like the bush after rain. Have a sip, you’ll get lovely apple flavors then a lingering nudge of caramel malt. The finish leaves a refreshing crispness. The Cascade hops lend a lasting touch of bitterness gently balancing the malts. ABV 4.8%
IPAIDO: This IPA is full of hops, we threw in plenty of Simcoe for Grapefdruit flavours, Cascade for floral/citrus and experimental hop #10416 pine/citrus. Dry hopped with our Roadknight heritage hops for sweet grapefruit/ pine and lemonade aroma. Named after Aidan our brewer. ABV 5.4%
Untamed Turkey: bold assertive & a little bit different, inspired by our pet turkey “Dustan“ who died last year. Like Dustan our double IPA displays a rich golden head, generous body and colors of burgundy, red & brown. A big solid bird…. sorry beer, of intense malt flavors, toffee, caramel, sweet biscuit & rum soaked apricot. Finely balanced with spicy peppery hops of both the old
& new world. ABV 7.5%
